Saturday Mornings in February (Feb. 1, 8, 15, 22) 9:00-11:00–Art Journaling Workshop
Create a personal journal out of an old book with the guidance of the fabulously creative Jacqueline Holmes. Jacqueline, an artist and teacher, has led students and teachers through the art journaling experience. We will play with paint, glue, Mod Podge, pens, scissors, and more.
Part of the journal pages will include a style of painting called Sequencing, a technique that originated at the River Gallery School of Art in Brattleboro, VT, where Jacqueline studied. It is a creative painting technique that helps us learn to overcome anything that may get in the way of the creative process.
